Step 1 : Insert Windows 8 or 10 DVD
                              OR
              Mount Windows 8 or 10 iso file using Daemon Tools - Watch This Video

Step 2 : Search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator

Step 3 : Enter the bellow command in Command Prompt

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /source:I:\sources\sxs /limitaccess

 I:\ Specifies the DVD Drive letter...
ENTER YOUR DVD DRIVE LETTER INSTEAD OF "I" HERE


*TO CHECK

Go to Control Panel

> Programs

> Programs and Features

> Turn Windows features on or off
